Back on Track! (Week 10)

Grapefruit juice and extra fiber works!! So does getting back on the elliptical. Three pounds down! From what I hear, I'm DEFINITELY kicking her butt. ;)

um...yeah, kicking my butt and good. According to the doc's scale as of today I'm down a pound from last month's check on the same scale. Looks like I don't need to feel as bad about the two pieces of coffee cake I had for a pre-dinner snack ;-)

In total, I'm up about 25 pounds in 8 months. Good thing we waited awhile to start this contest, or you'd be losing big time.

ACTUALLY, if we had started at the beginning, I would only be down 6 lbs.... I've lost 19 in ten weeks. never know, I might be able to beat your TOTAL gain. :)

sheena- last time I'd gained 9 lbs in 6 weeks (I think?) and he said I'd "gained more than average, but as long as the trend doesn't continue you should be ok"...and then this time said "well, last time you gained quite a bit, so it's good that you're evening back out, and let's try to keep it to a pound a week"....as if I should somehow be concerned with the way I'm gaining. yeah. whatever.
